- Riots involving Muslim Uighurs anf Han majority of China killed at least 140 people and injured more than 800 people in Xinjiang of western part of China.
- The police sealed off the streets of the provincial capital Urumqi as the rioter attacked vehicles, houses and fought with the police.
- It was reported that an Uighur business woman in the US was inciting the riots through online propaganda.
- However according to the Exile group the violence began after the cops hit the protesters demanding justice in respect of two Uighur people killed who were working with Han workers in a factory.
- This ethnic violence is considered to be the worst that has hit China in this decade.

How to handle loss of things in life?
- All of us have lost something or other at some part of our life. It could be a person, a relationship or a tangible thing. When we lose some of our beloved ones we feel as if we have lost some part of our body. We find it difficult to accept and suffer from denial, anger, loneliness and depression.
- The main issue is How to handle the loss ot things in life when your whole world and life is shattered. The grieving process could be a solution.
- Share the grief of loss of things with your family members and your near and dear ones.
- Talk about the grief of loss of things with persons who are caring and concerned for you. Seekung for help to handle the loss of things in life is not a weakness. It can help you to come out of the denial, loneliness, depression and insomnia.
