Ingredients:
- Butter : 3/4 cup.
- chocolate : 2 oz.
- All purpose flour : 2 1/4 cup
- Sugar : 2 cups
- Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup
- Baking soda : 2 tsp
- Salt : 1 tsp
- Buttermilk : 1 3/4 cup
- Eggs : 2
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree celsius.
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
- Add chocolate mixture, buttermilk and eggs.
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Put batter into baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- For the frosting you require 3/4 cup cream and 1 1/2 cup chocolate. Bring cream to boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Mix till frosting starts to thicken. Spread it over the cake
