Exercise in middle age prolongs life

Performing exercises or physical activity in the middle age increases the life span of a person. The effect may not be felt immediately but shall be realised over a span of 10 years. It is essential that exercising and physical activity must be a routine of every day.
Is it not true that now a days science is confirming the facts mentioned in the Vedas.
Our ancient sages and rishis had mentioned decades ago that performing Surya namaskar and Pranayama (controlling the breath) are the best ways to lead a disease free long life.
Scientiste are now accepting the fact that exercise is a requirement for increasing the life span.
Hence the Vedas under the Hindu mythology is in itself a vedic science which has solutions undoubtedly even for the problems and difficulties faced in modern days. Add to Mixx!
